If you do, we've earned a long-term client without a single ad. It only works if the sites are good, which is exactly the pressure we want on ourselves.

No catch, just different math. The build is our marketing budget: instead of buying ads, we build proof. We only get paid if the site is good enough that you want to keep it, which is the whole point.
You walk away with everything that matters. Your domain and hosting were registered in your name from the start, so there's nothing for us to hold hostage and no messy handover fight. We built it that way on purpose: the plan has to be worth renewing on its own merits.
Because a website isn't a one-time object. It needs hosting, security, content changes, and search work every month to keep earning. A big one-time fee pays for a launch and then abandons you. The plan prices the whole relationship, and it means we only do well if your site keeps doing well.

No. We research your trade, your service area, and what your customers actually search for, then write the site around it. You review it and correct anything we got wrong. If you have real job photos, they beat anything else. If not, we handle it.
The build is usually finished before we ever talk, so the clock starts at your yes. From there it's days, not weeks: domain registered in your name, site live, Google told where to find it.
You'll never be asked to pay for something you haven't seen. That's the whole model.
